1. What certificate do you have for your products?

Our products are compliant with REACH, RoHS & UL 94V-0 Flammability standard.  And our UL was obtained in 2002,  and our last REACH and RoHS tests were done in Jan 2015 according to the latest standards.

We can offer our standard products FREE,but shipment fee should be on your side.

We test all raw materials to assure the compliance with REACH and RoHS.  And we implement 5S management in our factory and we test 100% products before shipment. In most cases, it is not difficult to distinguish ours from competing ones from the workmanship.

5. What color do you offer ?

We can offer visually any color. But if you want any special color, just let us know the PANTONE number.

6. What is the MOQ of your order ?

For inventory, the MOQ is 100 pcs(depending on the models).  And please email us about MOQ for customized products. We offer OEM/ODM for our customers.

7. What is the payment terms ?

Generally, we accept T/T 30% in advance, 70% balance before shipment.  But we also accept Paypal, Western Union for small orders.

8. What is your lead time of your pvc pipe thread fitting end cap with UL REACH certificate ?

5 work days for regular products.  Inventory will be shipped out upon payment, and customized products will be shipped as negotiated.
